NUTRITION INFORMATION

1. ALMONDS

The fruit of the almond tree is an energy food that contains phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, sulfur, chlorine, aluminum, manganese, copper, zinc and vitamins A, E, B1, B2 and PP. The use of the fruit is very diverse in both raw and elaborated: fried or roasted, and its application is equally varied in direct consumption: pastries, sweets, candies, etc.

2 HAZELNUT

Hazel is one of the lower fat fruit with chestnuts. Has antioxidant properties and is high in fiber. It is also rich in magnesium and copper

3 WALNUT

Nuts are fatty foods, rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids with health claims. Its most striking feature is the abundance of linoleic acid, which corresponds to the fatty acid Omega-3 series, which gives it a heart-healthy properties. It also has arginine, the precursor of BOI, an arterial vasodilator. Walnuts have a high water content, ascorbic acid, B vitamins, phosphorus, iron, potassium and calcium, and within all the nuts, are the richest in zinc and copper.

4.PEANUTS

Peanuts are very nutritious. They have a high content of protein, vitamins E, K, B, and folic acid and minerals like potassium, iron, sulfur and iodine. It is also rich in carbohydrates and fiber.

5. PISTACHIOS

Pistachios provide a large amount of fiber that can be arround 11%. They are rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, which makes them a great source of protein. Also contain vitamins E, B1, B2 and B3. They also provide minerals such as iron, magnesium, copper, zinc, potassium and calcium.

6. CASHEWS

Cashews are rich in copper, magnesium and zinc. They also contain vitamins B1 and B2.

7. MACADAMIA

The macadamia is low in saturated fat and sodium. The main contribution is the nutritional intake of proteins, carbohydrates and phosphorus.

8. SUNFLOWER SEEDS

Sunflower seeds contains unsaturated fatty acids and lecithin. Also provide folic acid, iron, vitamin E. thiamine and pantothenic acid. The abundance of photochemical substances, minerals and vitamins confers these seeds anti-cancer properties and its consumption helps slow the aging process.

9 DRIED FRUIT

The fruits are edible food from the trees that give us water, vitamins, minerals and fiber. Contain large amounts of antioxidants and fiber, which are related to aid for the reduction of risk of cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, etc. The calorific value is high because of the abundance of carbohydrates (mainly glucose and fructose). They also provide large amounts of potassium, calcium, iron and vitamins.

10. CHIPS

To achieve a golden yellow color, the potatoes should have a high content of dry matter and low reducing sugar or glucose. Its caloric intake rises when they have been subjected to frying.
