CHIPS
The potato (Solanum tuberosum) is a tuber and belongs to the Solanaceae. Part of the staple foods in many parts of the world. The potato is an excellent food and very appropriate from the standpoint of healthy, allowing for many changes in the food industry.

Chips are obtained from selected potatoes, peeled, washed and cut and fried in oil. To achieve a golden yellow color, the potatoes should have a high content of dry matter and low level of reducing sugar or glucose.
